Question by Michael: How can I change my “home” preferences on Facebook? Can I block newsfeed from only 1 person?
80% of the newsfeed on my “home” section of Facebook is from 1 person. This person is constantly on Facebook, and I get stupid posts from him all the time. It’s gotten to the point where I almost want to delete him.
How do I change my preferences from him so that I do not get his stupid news feed any longer? on the “home section”, to the left of “profile”.

Just move your mouse pointer over one of the feeds from that person and you should see a small button on the right upper corner of that feed and click it. It is something like “Hide” or something like that. Then you’ll see option that allows you to hide all feeds from just that person.

Since 2005 we have provided graphics and layouts and profile tweaks for myspace. We no longer support Myspace profiles. Myspace is dead. We have transitioned... So now, you can pimp your Facebook.
First your mouse pointer run over one of news feed related to him, then you can there is a “Hide” button will appear on top right hand corner in the area of that news feed.
Then click on that ‘Hide’ Button. Then it will appear another drop down link “Hide xxxxx”(xxxx means name of that person). Click on that.
If you did it successfully you can see a notification with ‘Undo’ button.
Thats it.
yea you go to edit then account prefrences and type in the name and it blocks them!
